Reviewed overlay for SN49 using the official Nepher Robotics README, website, docs, tournament app, and OpenAPI-backed tournament API. This pass fixed 7 surfaces having no probe config at all -- the registry-wide gap tracked in #5932 (the tournament-api surface itself remains intentionally unprobed pending method-level auth review). Diffed the full 138-path tournament-api OpenAPI schema for undiscovered public GET endpoints and added two: a /ready readiness probe distinct from the existing /health liveness surface, and the alpha/TAO pricing endpoint (subnet_uid=49 is this subnet's own permanent netuid, a stable canonical value, not an ephemeral parameter). On-chain identity (native_name, description, website_url, source_repo) re-confirmed unchanged. All 20 surfaces re-verified live.
