Ralph

This netuid was previously tracked under the "Chunking" identity (VectorChat's text-chunking/RAG subnet, github.com/salahawk/chunking_subnet). On-chain SubnetIdentitiesV3 native_name, source_repo, and description now all point to "Ralph" (RalphLabsAI's decentralized, autonomous AI training-recipe research subnet) -- the same pivot pattern as SN3 Templar/Crusades, but more conclusively corroborated: the old chunking_subnet repo has been dead for 2+ years (last push 2024-05-26), subnet.chunking.com has an expired TLS certificate, and RalphLabsAI/ralph's own README explicitly self-identifies as "Live on Bittensor mainnet, netuid 40" and was pushed 13 days before this review. This is a full identity/ownership pivot, not cosmetic drift, so the old Chunking-era surfaces are retired rather than kept alongside the new ones. File renamed from chunking.json to ralph.json to match slugify(name). Ralph funds an open, continuously-improving training recipe (a canonical recipe repo miners patch, a public knowledge corpus of every evaluated change, and open-weights demonstration models) verified via attested execution (TDX + nvtrust hardware attestation). No public API, OpenAPI schema, or hosted dashboard found.
